We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery is 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free UK shipping is available on orders over £75.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Products must remain unopened.
- Products must be unused.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Return postage for unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare or cosmetic products unless they are faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where possible
Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, exchange, or a full refund. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied in error, we will cover any reasonable return postage costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for your payment provider to complete the refund.
